IWCO Direct is seeking a Lettershop Supervisor to join our high-growth, creative organization at our facility located in Little Falls, MN. This position will work 12-hour nights (B Shift: 7am - 7pm), on a 4/3 schedule.
The Lettershop Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to department employees and ensuring the completion of all customer orders in an efficient and profitable manner that meets or exceeds production objectives. Other responsibilities include:
Establishing innovative, cost-effective, and proactive methods to serve customers and meet company goals
Overseeing set-ups to reduce change times
Ensuring all quality standards and production procedures are followed, including QA pulls from each machine, logging appropriate information on tracking report, and reconciling each production lot
Adjusting workflow, team responsibilities, shift inventories, equipment maintenance as needed
Overseeing job scheduling and ensuring commitments are met for customers in a timely and profitable manner
Supporting the utilization of the Hagen system for all job orders and production recordkeeping
Maintaining weekly production reports within department
Ensuring compliance with all state and federal environmental, safety, and health regulations
Communicating effectively with managers and supervisors in other facilities; providing input and utilizing others' ideas to reach or exceed planned profit margins
Assisting department manager in identifying staffing level plan/budget, supplier costs for customer jobs, expense/revenue levels, etc.
Meeting department measurement goals, including waste reduction, billable hours, utilization improvement, spoilage, and rework
Identifying and addressing opportunities to improve quality and reduce rework
Following all established safety procedures and applicable regulations and maintaining a safe work area
Pre-employment drug screen, and background check required


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
